How was victory achieved by the Allies in Europe?

The Allies achieved victory in Europe. They made advances in technology in order to get past the German U-Boats at sea to get supplies across to the Allies in Europe. They used airplanes, machine guns, War ships. They bombed Germany’s cities in order to demolish public morality. First they took the island of Sicily, then Italy. Benito Mussolini fell to the will of the Italian People and they shot him and hanged him like a fish after dragging his dead body through the streets of Italy. After that they took North Africa. The U.S. and British forces corned the nazi’s and forces surrender upon them. Meanwhile, the German forces attempted to battle the Soviets on the Soviets land. The Germans were defeated by the harsh Soviet Winter. After that, the Allied forces planned operation overlord. With the skillful leadership of Dwight D. Eisenhower, the Allies crossed the English channel to the beaches of German occupied Normandy France. By nightfall they had a strong hold on the beaches of Normandy. While the U.S., British and Canadians were fighting on the west, the Soviets were pushing from the east. Hitler finally got trapped in Berlin, Germany where he had been hiding out. The coward Hitler committed suicide to avoid facing the punishment for his wrong doing. Victory had finally been achieved in Europe.

Racism can be used as a tool to dominate people in a wide variety of ways. Racism is the base of hate, therefore the racist leaders divide and conquer. When one country takes over another to create an empire, they usually use the native people as slaves. if the people would unite as one against the ones that were racist they could revolt. Racism also puts people down and makes them feel like their useless. People could make a races life miserable by using racism, and they more than likely will commit atrocious acts upon these people. All in all, racism can be used to conquer people in many gruesome instances.

Africa is a continent with many countries on it. It is located south of Europe. Africa has many animals. Africa is overpopulated. The countries are in a constant violent civil war. Many of Africa’s peoples are infected with diseases some that could be easily vaccinated or cured, while others unfortunately are none curable ailments. Africa is also a poor country, with a unsuccessful political system. Another problem with Africa is their poor economy.

The industrial revolution was a change in society that led to more efficiency in agriculture, manufacturing, mining, and transportation. Some important inventions included canals, railways, steam powered water wheels, machine tools, stem powered ships, internal combustion engine, and the electric engine. Most historians call this Revolution one of the most important events in history, because it was a major moment in economic growth for almost the entire world.
